Past Due – Sweet Violence

This exhibition, titled Sweet Violence by Sanja Ivekovic ended at the MoMA at the end of March, but is worth mentioning for those who missed it. Her work comes to us at the perfect time, with all of the drama surrounding Planned Parenthood, and women’s rights earlier this year. In her first US retrospective, her work styled from political issues surrounding the late 60′s and early 70′s.
